ServflowA hosted ServFlow team is owned by the person who created it, through the email address they signed in with. A team has one member, and that member is the owner.
The team identifier chosen at signup is permanent. It names the team's agent endpoints and cannot be changed.
Because a team has one member, ownership cannot be reassigned. A different owner means a new team; export what you need from the old one first.
Our responsibility is to the team owner. We cannot act on a request about a team from anyone else. If you have lost access to the email address you signed up with, write to us at the address in our Terms of Service and we will reach out to that address.
