When you use any ServFlow product or service, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Violation of these Terms may, at our discretion, result in us terminating your account.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and notify users who have subscribed to our policy updates.
Definitions
"Company", "we", "our", or "us" in any of our policies or terms refers to Servflow, Inc., 1111b South Governors Ave Ste 29848, Dover, DE 19904, United States.
"Services" refers to our website at servflow.io, the hosted dashboard at dash.servflow.io, the agents and endpoints you run through it, and the ServFlow engine, whether delivered in a web browser, through an API, or as software you run yourself.
"You" or "your" refers to the person or organization that owns a team on the hosted Services. We have a separate Account Ownership Policy.
Account terms
You sign in through Auth0 with an email address. You are responsible for the security of that sign-in and for everything that happens under your team, including what your agents do, what they send, and what they fetch. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication with your identity provider.
Your team's token lets software you run report to ServFlow on your behalf. Treat it like a password. You can regenerate it from the dashboard at any time, which invalidates the old one.
You are responsible for all content and activity in your team, including content produced by agents and bots you configure and content sent to your agents by the people who use them.
Payment, refunds, and plan changes
The Free plan is free. We do not ask for a card and we do not sell your data.
Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe. When you upgrade from Free, you pay at checkout and your billing cycle starts that day. Later changes to your plan, including cancellation, are made in the Stripe billing portal, reached from Settings > Billing. A change takes effect when Stripe reports it to us.
If a payment fails, your team returns to the Free plan until payment is made. Agents above the Free plan's limit are disabled, newest first. Nothing is deleted.
All fees exclude taxes. Where we are required to collect tax we will add it to your invoice; see our Taxes on Services. We process refunds according to our Refund Policy.
Cancellation and termination
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription. Instructions are in our Cancellation Policy. A message asking us to cancel is not a cancellation until we confirm it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your team and refuse any current or future use of the Services for any reason at any time. Suspension means you cannot access the team or its content. Termination also deletes the team and its content. Abuse of anyone working for the Company, including threats, results in immediate termination.
Modifications to the Service and prices
We may change or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice. Prices for paid plans may change; we give at least 30 days' notice of a price change on this page and in the dashboard.
We intend to keep supporting the Services as described in Until the End of the Internet.
Uptime, security, and privacy
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not offer a service-level agreement.
We take steps to protect your content, described in our Security Overview. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where your agents process data about other people, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your instructions.
Content ownership
You own the agents, workflows, workspaces, and conversations you create and the content your agents handle. You give us a limited licence to store, run, and transmit that content in order to provide the Services, and nothing more. We do not use your content to train AI models.
We do not pre-screen content, but we may refuse or remove content that violates these Terms.
The Company owns the Services and everything in them other than your content. The ServFlow engine is proprietary software, licensed and not sold. If you run it yourself, the ServFlow AI License that ships with the binary governs that use. The open-source ServFlow project at github.com/Servflow/servflow is released under the GNU Affero General Public License 3.0, and that licence governs only that project and extensions built with it. You may not copy the hosted dashboard or the website, and you must ask before using our name or logo in promotion.
API and agent terms
Your agents are reachable at endpoints under servflow.io, and the dashboard exposes an API and an MCP server for managing them. Any use of these, including through third-party tools, is bound by these Terms and by the limits of your plan. Each plan limits agent runs per minute, concurrent runs, and enabled agents. Requests over the limit are refused.
Your agents call the LLM providers, MCP servers, and integrations you configure, with credentials you supply. Your agreement with each of those providers governs that traffic, and we are not liable for it.
Abuse or excessive use of the API may result in suspension of your team's access. We will try to warn you first. If your usage threatens the Services, we may cut off access without notice.
Liability
You agree that the Company is not liable to you or to any third party for damages of any kind that result from the use of the Services, inability to access data, or unauthorized access to your data or team. The Company is not liable for the actions of your agents, of the providers they call, or of the people who use them.
If you have a question about these Terms, write to us at the address above.
