ServflowIf you are unhappy with ServFlow for any reason, write to us at the address in our Terms of Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the paid period; we do not automatically prorate the remaining time, and no refund is owed. We usually refund the current month if you ask within the first month of a plan, and we refund in full if you were charged after forgetting to cancel a plan you had stopped using.
We also consider credits when something goes wrong on our side, such as extended downtime.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
